  Avoid the lasagna. I was always under the impression that lasagna was composed of alternating layers of meat and ricotta cheese. Either I was wrong or lasagna is actually composed of one layer of a mix of ground beef and a white substance that may have been cheese, but there was so little of it I couldn't tell. This filling is apparently supposed to be kept in the refrigerator until use and not heated before the lasagna is brought to the customer so it is lukewarm in places and cold in others. Apparently the rest of the pasta is intended placed under this layer in a solid block of of approximately 1/4 inch in depth.
  
  Seriously though, I had high hopes for this place due to the high reviews for their Wilkesboro location. I was thouroughly dispappointed with their lasagna, however. Both the lasanga I had at another restaurant that used cottage cheese and Stouffer's lasanga are of much higher quality. And that ain't saying much, folks.

  The service was poor at the best of times. Despite having 5 people or more behind the counter, none of them could be bothered to pay but the barest attention to customers.
  
  On the other hand, the pizza is quite good. The prices are higher than I'd like, but reasonable for what you get. I base this assertion only off the pizza, bought at regular prices. Their Monday-Tuesday large 1 topping deal is entirely more value than you'd expect.
  
  On the whole, the food is very good and I'll be going back. I won't ever make the mistake of ordering on-site again, and nor do I expect the staff to care about anything more than getting me out of their way.

  Excellent salads, subs and pizza. Reasonable prices. Prompt, friendly service. A great place for workday lunch. Why get fast food when you can have a real meal from a real restaurant?
