After I ordered I realized I forgot my frappé so she told me that I would have to go back 2 the back of the line behind 10-15 ppl. She had a VERY condescending attitude & when I went 2 the drive thru she kept starring at me. I was scared that my frappé was messed with bc it didn't look rt & as I got 2 looking thru my order it was not fresh at all. Normally during the day shift this was my favorite but if I ever see that lady again I'm going to just leave, if I ever go back! She made it a point to harass me for simply asking her 2 do her job.June 13, 2016
